At the end of the summer, we'll all return to the farm for "The Harvesting of the Hop", our harvest and celebration of the bountiful hops that make PSB's award-winning beers so unique and fresh! Many of the hops that Pearl Street Brewery uses come from a our private hop farm nearby. The hop flowers are hand picked and dried in the Sun.
